Origin
Satoshi Royalty One was built by people who have done this before — at scale, and all the way to an exit.
SRO acquired the operating assets of Blockmetrix, LLC and continued running the Carrizo Springs facility without interruption. Blockmetrix is winding down as a legal entity. SRO is the operating company going forward — not a rebrand, a new institution built on a proven operational foundation.
The goal from day one has been vertical integration: own the power, run the machines, serve the compute demand that no one else can.
How We Think
We run this company the way you'd run a power plant — not the way you'd run a crypto fund.
That means uptime tracked at the machine level. Energy cost treated as the primary variable. Capital deployed only behind secured assets. Securities offered exclusively under applicable regulatory exemptions, with governance built into the structure from the start.
Bitcoin mining's long-term winners will be infrastructure companies. That's what SRO is becoming.
How We Operate
Uptime is revenue
Every machine that's down is money that isn't mining. We plan maintenance, track downtime at the unit level, and treat the fleet like a production asset — because that's what it is.
Own the energy
Buying power at market rates is a margin business. Owning or controlling generation is a structural advantage. Our geothermal IP exists to remove energy cost as a competitive variable.
Deploy capital behind assets
Every dollar SRO raises is deployed behind secured collateral — real estate, infrastructure, or contractual revenue. We don't ask investors to trust a thesis. We give them a balance sheet.
